I confess to knowing absolutely nothing about quilts or quilting, I only know what I like, and I fell in love with this when I saw it at an antique shop. The colors are stunning, The off-white background color has some vertical and horizontal patterning. No damage of any that I have noted. I have made no attempts to wash it, but it's been carefully stored for years now. Measures 18" x 66"
